At last - lockdown is easing and we are able to get going with some fantastic new products for Spring and Summer. I can't tell you how excited I am to launch this new collection - it is the first of about 5 new collections I have been working on for the past 6 months and to see it FINALLY here is just amazing - I hope you love it as much as I do.
Our Lucy hats for cancer patients have been hugely successful. Soft, comfortable, well made and with a great fit - they have proven themselves time and time again, they were the first product I launched with over 10 years ago and they remind me every day of why I do what I do. On their own, they are a super-cosy and comfortable break from wigs or difficult to tie chemo headscarves, but they can also be glammed up with a faux fur headband in winter or a bit of sparkle for a night out.
I wanted to make the Lucy chemo hats more flexible so I have designed a range of headbands which can be bought as individual items or purchased with a Lucy hat as a set.
I love the idea of having a simple, "go-to" hat and the flexibility to mix and match it with as many headbands or headscarves as you wish, creating different looks for the office, lunch with friends or an evening out that are so easy and effortless to put on - and unlike a new pair of shoes - a darn sight more comfortable!!
I have to admit, I got a bit carried away with the colour options but we now have a full range of 22 headbands and a set of "skinny" silk scarf ties which are online and available to buy. The hat and headband set is retailing at £16.50 and the headbands on their own are £6.00 so there is a saving if you buy the two together.
