We want you to be happy and comfortable wearing our chemo hats and head scarves, but if there are any problems with your order, our shipping and returns policies are below

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are packed and posted as quickly as we can to minimise distress.  For orders placed within the UK, we ship everything Royal Mail 1st Class.  For our overseas customers, we ship everything Royal Mail International Stan

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or it is not quite the colour you wanted, please return it to us within 14 days.  The return address is: Chemotherapy Headwear, 4 Forest Hall, Brockenhurst, SO42 7QQ

Please place your packing slip or a note with your order number name and address into the parcel.  Unless the item is faulty, you will need to pay for the return.  In the case of faulty items, they will be assessed upon receipt - a faulty item does not include wear and tear or if the product has been tumble dried (we can tell!)

If you are returning a chemo hat because you have changed your mind or don't like the colour, it must be returned unworn and with the original packaging.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment system provided by Stripe.  If you would like to pay over the phone, you can do so - please call us on the number at the top of our website.
